Aaswadh Cafe & RestaurantWelcome to the mobile applications and ordering platforms of Aaswadh Cafe & Restaurant (aaswadhrestauarant.com). By downloading, installing, accessing, or placing orders on our mobile applications (Android/iOS) or website, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please refrain from using our services.
1. Account Registration & Mobile Verification
To place orders or participate in the loyalty program, you must provide your name and a valid mobile phone number. You represent that the contact details and delivery addresses provided are truthful and accurate. Authentication sessions and customer preferences are stored locally on your device for seamless access.
2. Menu Pricing, Add-ons & Item Availability
Prices, descriptions, and availability of menu items and item add-ons are subject to change without prior notice based on seasonal supply and kitchen stock. All applicable prices including optional add-ons (e.g. extra cheese, dips, toppings, custom preparations) are displayed transparently before checkout confirmation.
3. Location Permissions & Delivery Radius Constraints
Aaswadh Cafe operates within specific delivery distance thresholds from our kitchen location:
- GPS Pin Verification: You must grant location permission or select an exact address pin on the interactive map so our system can calculate accurate road distance (km) and estimated travel time.
- Delivery Zone Boundaries: Orders placed outside our active delivery radius cannot be accepted for dispatch.
- Live Rider Tracking: For assigned delivery personnel, continuous GPS tracking (including foreground and background location services) is enabled during active delivery shifts to ensure real-time map synchronization and safety.
4. Loyalty Coins Rewards & Redemption Policy
Aaswadh Cafe offers a digital loyalty rewards system directly integrated into your customer wallet:
- Coin Earning Rate: Customers earn 10% of the order subtotal in Loyalty Coins for completed orders exceeding ₹100.
- Auto-Crediting on Delivery: Coins earned from an order are automatically credited to your customer wallet once the order status is marked as
completedby the delivery rider or restaurant POS terminal. - Redemption: Loyalty coins can be redeemed at checkout for instant discounts against your order total (1 Coin = ₹1 Discount).
- Coin Refund on Cancellation: If an order is rejected or cancelled by the restaurant, any loyalty coins redeemed for that order will be immediately refunded back to your wallet balance.
- Non-Transferability: Loyalty coins have no independent cash surrender value, cannot be transferred between different phone numbers, and expire if the account is deleted.
5. Order Acceptance, Shop Status & Cancellations
Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase. A contract is formed once our kitchen accepts your order on the POS register.
- Shop Status: If the cafe is marked "Shop Closed" or experiencing peak rush, online ordering may be temporarily paused.
- Customer Cancellations: Because food preparation begins promptly upon acceptance, customers cannot cancel orders once accepted by the kitchen.
- Restaurant Cancellations: Aaswadh Cafe reserves the right to decline or cancel orders due to unforeseen stock shortages, adverse weather, or unreachable delivery locations.
6. Push Notifications & Alerts
By installing the Aaswadh application, you consent to receive push notifications regarding transactional order updates (e.g. order accepted, food preparation, rider out for delivery, order delivered), shop operational hours, and promotional reward announcements. You can configure notification preferences in your device operating system settings.
7. Privacy & User Data Rights
Your personal data is handled in strict compliance with our Privacy Policy. You retain the full right to delete your profile, order history, and saved address information at any time via our automated Data Deletion Request Page.
